Enabling intuitive and immersive experiences of interacting with the physical/digital entities associated with the built asset by taking advantage of the state-of-the-art methods, techniques, and hardware used for rendering computer-generated graphics in the form of augmented, virtual or mixed-reality applications. The rich geometric and spatial data made available through BIM-based tools and processes will support the process of developing such XR applications assisting the AEC/O&M practitioners through the lifecycle of the built facilities.
